Banklane provides corporate advisory and introduction services that assist clients in opening business bank accounts with licensed third-party financial institutions. Our services may include eligibility assessment, jurisdiction and bank matching, application preparation, documentation support, and coordination with banking institutions.

03不保证结果

Bank account approval is determined solely and exclusively by the relevant banking institution based on its own criteria. Banklane does not control and cannot guarantee:

• That any account application will be approved
• The timeline for any approval or account opening
• The terms, fees, or conditions offered by any bank
• The continued availability of any banking relationship

Any timelines, approval rates, or statistics mentioned on our website are indicative estimates based on past experience and do not constitute a guarantee of future results.

04客户责任

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Promptly supply documentation reasonably required for your application
• Comply with all applicable laws, including those of your home jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the bank
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, tax evasion, or financing of illegal activities

Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of our services without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

05费用与付款

Our fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing before engagement. Fees payable to Banklane cover our advisory and introduction services only and are separate from any fees, minimum deposits, or charges imposed by banking institutions or government authorities. Payment terms, including any refund conditions, are set out in your individual engagement agreement.

06知识产权

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the "Banklane" name, the "Lane Card" methodology, and design — is the property of Banklane or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

07责任限制

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banklane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from: a bank's decision to decline, delay, or close an account; the acts or omissions of any third-party banking institution; or your reliance on any general information provided on this website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to Banklane for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Banklane and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your violation of any applicable law.
